Description
The shelter shed at Manor Farm is a late 19th-century structure built from coursed squared limestone and ironstone, topped with a corrugated iron roof. It features 12 bays, with the gable end facing the street constructed of limestone, accented by ironstone quoins and plank loft doors that have a chamfered blue brick surround and chamfered blue brick eaves. Ten of the bays are open, supported by timber posts on low blue brick-coped walls between the end bays, which have lofts at either end. The roof includes ties and collars to the principal rafters, with struts connecting the posts to the ties, showcasing bolted construction. The shed is located to the east of No. 2, High Street, and is likely of a similar date, contributing to the group value of the area.
