Description

The Manor House Gateway is a 17th-century gateway made of dressed ironstone. It features a tall round-headed archway with imposts, which is flanked by pilasters on chamfered plinths. Above the archway is a moulded cornice and a stone-coped parapet, with stone-coped walls connecting it to the Manor House on the left and No. 2 on the right. This gateway serves as the entrance to a farmyard and may have been relocated to its current position.
