Description
The Cottage is a 17th-century cottage that has undergone alterations in the 19th and 20th centuries. It features rendered stone walls and a plain-tile roof from the 20th century, with brick stacks at the ends and along the ridge, the latter resting on a rendered stone base. The building has a two-unit plan, is two storeys tall with an attic, and has a three-window range. A 20th-century door is located to the left of the center, set within a 20th-century porch. To the right, there is a tiled projection, and the ground floor and first floor to the right have three-light casement windows, while the first floor to the left has two-light casements, all featuring wood lintels. Inside, the cottage includes chamfered spine beams and an open fireplace with a chamfered cambered bressumer.
