Description
House at 93 Watling Street West, built in the late 18th century, features a painted brick exterior and an old plain-tile roof with a brick stack at one end. The house has a one-unit plan, stands two stories tall with an attic, and has a single-window range. To the right, there is a four-panel door set in a pegged wood surround with a segmental brick head above it. On the left, a canted bay window has a moulded wood cornice that extends as a hood over the door. A 19th-century sash window is located on the first floor, topped with a wooden lintel. The building also has a brick corbelled cornice, a hipped roof dormer, and a moulded tile-coped gable on the left side. The interior has not been inspected.
