Description

The Malt House is a house that likely dates from the mid-18th century and has had some later alterations. It is constructed of painted brick and features an old plain-tile roof with brick stacks at either end. The building is two stories high and has a three-window range. There is a 20th-century two-panel door located to the right of the center, with a shallow carved shell above it in a round arch. To the left of the center, there is an oval window with glazing bars, and on either side, there are 16-pane unhorned sash windows. The first floor has three 12-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected, and there is a 19th-century extension to the left of the original structure.
