Description

Ditton Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of red brick with random grey headers and features a thatched roof with a central brick ridge stack. The building has a 2-unit lobby entry plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. A 20th-century panelled door is located at the centre, accompanied by a 20th-century open porch. On either side of the door, there are three-light wooden casements with segmental brick heads, and the first floor has two-light wooden casements. A queen-post roof truss can be found on the right return. The interior has not been inspected.
