Description

Rectory Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Kettering Road in Overstone. It is constructed of squared coursed lias stone and features a 20th-century concrete tiled roof. The building originally had a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high, with a three-window range of sash windows that have glazing bars and are set under flat arches. There is a central door from the 20th century, and brick stacks are located at each end of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
