Description
Poplar Farm is an early 19th-century farmhouse built of squared coursed lias stone with a slate roof. It is arranged on a symmetrical 2-unit plan and has a 2-window front elevation with sash windows featuring glazing bars, all within flat arch heads. The central doorway has a 4-panelled door. There are earlier 18th-century buildings attached to the left side of the farmhouse, which have been altered in the 19th century. A lunette is present on the ground floor at the rear. The interior was not inspected, but it is documented to contain an early 19th-century staircase.
