Description

Nelfry Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 17th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a plain tile roof, with a stone end stack and a brick ridge stack. The cottage has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall with an attic, presenting a two-window range. To the right, there is a 20th-century door set in a Tudor-arched chamfered wood surround with a timber lintel. The ground and first floors are adorned with three-light leaded casement windows, each with timber lintels. The gables are stone-coped and include kneelers, along with a gabled roof dormer on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
