It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a painted pantile roof with brick stacks at each end. The cottage has a two-unit plan and stands two stories high with a two-window range. There is a part-glazed plank door located to the right of the center, which has a wooden lintel and a straight hood supported by brackets. The ground floor has two-light casement windows, while the first floor has a two-light casement window to the right and a one-light casement window to the left, all featuring wooden lintels. To the left, there is a one-story, one-window extension with a lean-to roof. The interior includes chamfered spine beams and an open fireplace with a cambered bressumer.
