It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof with brick stacks at each end. The building has a two-unit plan and is two stories high with a two-window range. The ground and first floors have two-light casement windows with wooden lintels, while the first-floor windows are set in eyebrow dormers.
