Description

This is a late 17th-century house, extended in the 18th century and altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed ironstone rubble with a 20th-century pantile roof and brick end stacks. The house has a three-unit plan and two storeys with an attic, presenting a four-window front. The left side elevation features 20th-century doors to the left and right of the centre, each with a rendered lintel. Windows are casement windows with irregular glazing, some with one light and some with two, and are set within either wood or rendered lintels. Ironstone quoins mark the corners, and the gables are stone-coped with kneelers. A two-storey extension is visible on the right gable end, which faces the street. The interior has not been inspected. The house is included on the list for its group value.
