Description

Ivy House is a house built around 1830. It is constructed of brick and has a 20th-century artificial Welsh slate roof with brick stacks. The building has three storeys and three bays. The central doorway features a moulded wood frame and a half-glazed door with an overlight above. On either side of the doorway and on the first floor, there are sash windows with plain brick surrounds. The third floor has 20th-century nine-pane hinged sash windows in similar surrounds. The gable ends are coped. The interior has not been inspected.
