Description
This is a two-storey house dating to the later 17th century. It is cement rendered, with a stone slate roof and two hipped dormers. The first floor has one sash window and one three-light casement, both with wooden lintels. The ground floor features a late 19th-century shop front on the left, with carved consoles, a five-light shop front with a door, a continuous fascia, and pilasters. There is also a central door. The house is structurally linked with Lathaw's Hospital. The listed buildings on the east side of North Street form a group.
