Description
Nos 42 and 44 on North Street are 17th-century buildings that stand two storeys high, constructed from coursed rubble with a stone slate roof. The front features three windows: two with three lights each flank a central window with two lights, all fitted with casements. The ground floor of No 42 has two later paired windows and a modern door with a wooden lintel. No 44 includes a shop window with glazing bars and a modern door, also with a wooden lintel. There is a door leading to a central passage. These buildings are part of a group of listed structures on the east side of North Street.
