Description
Number 25 is an early 18th-century house that stands two storeys high, constructed from coursed rubble with a stone slate roof. It features two chimney stacks, one made of brick and the other of brick on stone, with a verge on the left gable. The front has two canted bays, each with three-light hung sash windows that have glazing bars only on the first floor. Above the central doorway, there is a single light squat window, also a hung sash with glazing bars, and a wooden lintel. The house has a roof that slopes down to one storey at the rear. In the garden, there is a large stone barn with a stone slate roof, which is currently used for garaging. All the listed buildings on the west side of North Street form a group.
