Barn Adjoining 3 And 3A

This is a barn dating from the mid to late 18th century, with alterations made in the late 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features a plain tile roof, a rubble plinth, coped gables, and a single brick ridge stack. The barn has four unequal bays. On the street side, the left section contains two square pitch holes, a 20th-century casement window, and another pitch hole, all featuring wooden lintels. To the right, there are two 19th-century glazing bar casements, each accompanied by a small square casement on the right. The rear side has a 20th-century three-light casement on the left, followed by three blocked openings with wooden lintels, and a 20th-century garage opening to the right. Above, there is an off-centre loading door flanked by single pitch holes, all with wooden lintels. The interior has not been inspected. The barn is included for its group value with the adjacent properties.
