Description

This barn, located approximately 30 meters northeast of Church Farmhouse, dates from the mid-18th century. It is constructed from squared coursed limestone and features a Collyweston slate roof. The barn is a single unit with a central cart entrance that has a wooden lintel. The gable ends are adorned with ashlar parapets. There is a small central plank door on the rear elevation, also under a wooden lintel. To the left of the main front, there is a 20th-century lean-to extension. Inside, the barn retains its original collar trusses and purlins.
