Description
The Old Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse that has been converted into two dwellings. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone and features a roof made of pantile and Collyweston slate. The building originally had a three-unit plan and stands two storeys high. The front facade includes a four-window range on the first floor and a three-window range on the ground floor, both featuring 19th-century casement windows set beneath wooden lintels. There is a 20th-century door located to the right of the centre, also under a wooden lintel. The farmhouse has brick stacks at the ridge and at the ends. An outbuilding attached to the right has been converted into a 20th-century garage. Although the interior was not inspected, it is noted to have remnants of an open fireplace.
