Description

The game larder, located approximately 10 metres northwest of Keepers Cottage, is a mid to late 19th-century structure built for the Stafford O'Brien family of Blatherwycke Hall. It features squared coursed limestone and has a slate roof with an octagonal plan. The building is single storey and has a plank door set under a shallow stone arch. There are 19th-century wire meshed casement openings with similar heads on alternating faces. The roof is conical in shape. The interior has not been inspected.
