Description

This building is an outbuilding located approximately 8 meters south of numbers 30, 32, and 34 on London Road in Wollaston. It dates from the late 19th century and was originally used by boot and shoe outworkers. The structure is made of brick and has a slate roof, featuring a one-unit plan with two storeys. The first floor has a three-window range of four-light casements, while the ground floor has two-light casements, all set under wooden lintels. There are three plant doors also under wooden lintels, and brick stacks are located at each end of the building. The interiors have not been inspected. This outbuilding is included for its group value with the nearby properties.
