Description

The statue base, located at the east end of the Broad Walk approximately 550 meters west of Boughton House, dates from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and features a pedestal with a plinth and cornice. The base has rectangular and semi-circular ends, and it retains iron dowels that were used for fixing a statue.
