Description

No. 24 is a cottage dating from the 18th century. It is built of coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof with 20th-century brick end stacks. The cottage is one storey with an attic. On the ground floor, there is a 2-light casement window with a wooden lintel to the left, while the right-hand side is obscured by a 20th-century lean-to brick addition that contains the entrance. The roof has two 2-light eyebrow dormers. To the left, there is a small 19th-century gabled addition, also constructed of coursed limestone rubble, with a pantile roof. The interior has not been inspected.
