Description

The stone bridge over the River Ise is a bridge dating from the early to mid-18th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a semi-circular arch. On the south side, there are two shell-headed niches set within square-headed panels on either side of the arch. The bridge has a balustrade divided into seven sections, with the outermost two sections containing plain blocks instead of moulded balusters. Plain blocks are also present at either end of the bridge.
