Description
This house, located immediately north of Milton House, dates from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of brick and features thatch and pantile roofs. Originally designed as a two-unit plan, the house is a single storey with an attic. The front has a two-window range of 19th-century casement windows, which are set beneath gauged brick heads. In the attic, there are three similar windows located under eyebrow dormers. The central entrance is a part-glazed door, also beneath a gauged brick head, with a semi-circular brick relieving arch above it. The building has a brick dentilled cornice, brick gable parapets, and brick stacks at both ends. To the right, there is a mid-19th century single-storey brick extension with a pantile roof. The interior has not been inspected but is noted to have spine beams.
