Description
The wash house located at the rear of East Lodge was built between 1900 and 1901 by William Huckvale for Charles Rothschild. It is constructed from coursed squared stone and features a hipped thatch roof with a stone stack. A plank door is positioned at the rear, facing East Lodge. This building is part of the important group of model estate buildings created by Charles Rothschild at Ashton.
