Description

Milestone located on Buckwell Close in Desborough, dating from the late 18th century and restored in the late 20th century. It features a square base with two steps that supports a square column adorned with chamfered rustication, a moulded band, and a cornice, all topped with a ball finial. The milestone is inscribed on three sides with distances to London, Kettering, and Market Harborough.
