Store 120 Metres To North West Of Canal Bridge

This building is a store for canal works, dating from around 1848. It is constructed of brown brick and features an eaves band course, a plinth, and minimal corner pilasters. The roof is made of slate. The store is two storeys high and has nine bays. The ground floor facing the canal has a mix of wide and narrow windows, each with segmental white brick heads. The wide windows are fitted with cast iron glazing bars that have decorative roundels at the intersections. The narrow windows are irregular; the ones in the center have small panes, the one to the right has marginal glazing, and the one to the left is blind. On the first floor, there is a window with a segmental head to the left, a central door, and three skylights.
