Description
The barn located to the east of Childs Farmhouse is a late 18th-century timber-framed structure that has been altered over time. It features a brick plinth and weatherboarded walls, topped with a corrugated iron roof. On the west side, there is a wagon entry that has been reduced in height, while the east wall has opposing doors. The barn consists of three bays, with curved braces supporting the tiebeams and straight struts that hold up the purlins.
