This building is a former house that has been converted into a barn, dated 1683. It is constructed of rubble with a stone slate roof and has two storeys. The barn features three openings on the ground floor, with quoins present. On the left side of the ground floor, there is a board door set in a quoined ashlar chamfered surround. On the right side, there is another board door in a similar quoined ashlar chamfered surround, which is inscribed on the lintel with "IA 1683". Between these doors, there is a small shuttered window opening. On the left side of the building, stone steps lead up to a board door on the first floor, and there is a corbelled stack projecting from the first floor.
