Description
This is a barn located approximately 10 metres to the south-west of the Shooting Lodge, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble with a stone slate roof and has two storeys divided into four bays. The barn features quoins and on the ground floor, there are four doorways with ashlar surrounds and interrupted jambs; the second doorway is blocked while the others have board doors. Additionally, there are two windows on this level. The first floor has a central opening and is topped with ashlar coping. At the rear, there are three first-floor shuttered openings, also with ashlar surrounds. The building displays regularly-spaced courses of through stones.
