Description

The Cover Bridge, dated 1799, is a bridge constructed of rubble. It features a single segmental arch with a soffit made of dressed stone and voussoirs that are of even-sized stones. The parapet slightly projects and has rounded coping. The date is inscribed on the inner side of the upstream parapet.
