Description

This is a parish boundary stone located 300 metres north west of Little Sunny Bank Barn, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of slate and stands about 60 cm high. The upper surface is angled from the top right to the bottom left and is inscribed with the name "STAINFORTH." It is situated next to a similar stone in Lawkland parish.
