Description

This is a parish boundary stone located 200 metres west of Sunny Bank Barn. It dates from the early 19th century and is made of slate. The stone stands approximately 35 centimetres high, with its upper surface sloping from the top left to the bottom right, inscribed with the word "LAWKLAND." It is situated next to a similar stone in Stainforth parish.
