Description

This is a parish boundary stone located in Horton in Ribblesdale, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of slate and stands approximately 1 metre high. The upper surface is angled from the top left to the bottom right and is inscribed with the word "HORTON." There is a similar stone nearby in Stainforth parish.
