Description

This is a parish boundary stone located 150 metres west of Sunny Bank Barn, dating from the early 19th century. It is made of slate and stands about 35 centimetres high. The upper surface is angled from the top right to the bottom left and is inscribed with the word "STAINFORTH" on both the front and rear sides. It is situated next to a similar stone in Lawkland parish.
