Farmhouse and cart shed with attached cottage. Probably early C18, and cottage added in C19. Whitewashed rubble with quoins, stone slate roof. Single-depth plan, 1:2:1 units on roughly north-south axis facing east. Two storeys, 3+1 windows. The main range has a gabled porch in the centre with a square-headed doorway and a small square window in the left side, a square 16-pane sash to the left and a rectangular 12-pane sash to the left of that, a similar 12-pane sash to the right and three similar sashes above. The cottage to the right has a plain doorway next to the junction and one 16-pane sash on each floor to the right. Ridge chimney at junction to left, gable chimney to right. Full-height 1-bay cart shed has large garage doorway. Rear and interior not inspected, but main range likely to contain features of historical interest.
