Description

Mill Bridge, located to the north-east of Raygill, is a public road bridge over the Clough River, built in the late 19th century. It is constructed from graduated coursed rock-faced gritstone, featuring coursed rubble parapets. The bridge has a segmental arch with prominently rock-faced voussoirs and strongly battered terminal piers. The flat copings of the parapets splay outwards at both ends.
