Description
Holbrook is a house that dates back to the 16th century, with an 18th-century encasement and 20th-century alterations. It features remnants of a timber frame that is covered with a brick skin, including blue headers, and has a slate roof. The building is two stories tall and has a three-window range. On the right end, there is a 20th-century glazed door flanked by casement windows. The left bay contains an early 20th-century door with a glazed top and a two-light casement window to the left. The center bay has a 20th-century rectangular flat-roofed bay. On the first floor, there are 19th and 20th-century casement windows with one, two, and three lights. The roof has a steep pitch with gable end stacks and a small stack to the left of center. Inside, an arch brace roof is still visible.
