Description

This building, known as Wood Butchers and the house attached to the south, dates from the 18th century. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features three windows and three dormers. The façade is constructed with grey headers and red brick dressings, including quoins and a stringcourse. It has a dentilled eaves cornice and a half-hipped tiled roof. The first floor retains its original glazing bars, while the ground floor includes two small 19th-century shop windows and two doorways with flat hoods supported by brackets. The back wing to the south is tile hung and is likely older than the main structure.
