House and shop. Originally included as House adjoining Four & Twenty Blackbirds Tea House to east. Later statutorily listed as Shop Premises occupied by Esme Turner. C18 with a curve in the front following the angle of the street. Two storeys. Two windows. Stuccoed. Modillion eaves cornice. Tiled roof. One casement window and one sash window with glazing bars intact on first floor. Small bay with glazing bars on ground floor. Doorway with pilasters and pediment. Modern shop window to the east of this.
