Description

Clarks is a house and shop located on the east side of High Street in Bishops Waltham. It dates from the 18th century and features elements from the early and late 19th century. The building has stucco walls and a tiled roof. The west front elevation projects at the south side and consists of two storeys with one window on the upper floor. The upper windows are early 19th century sashes set in exposed frames. There is a Victorian shop window on the north side, which has three lights with cambered arches and a cornice, while the south side has a plain window. The entrance features a six-panelled door in a plain frame.
