B W Gallery

B W Gallery is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates back to the 17th century but was refronted in the early 19th century and has some 20th-century features. The exterior has rendered walls with sections of painted brickwork and a prominent hipped tile roof. The east front elevation is two storeys high and has two windows with casements. The ground floor features a coupled shopfront. The south elevation, which faces Cross Street, includes a slightly lower rear extension that is also two storeys high and has 2.2 windows, along with an outshot to the west. Inside, there is a 17th-century floor beam. The building is included for its group value.
