Description
Brice is a house that has been converted into a shop and dwelling. It features a late 18th-century front, likely added to an earlier structure, and has a 20th-century shop front on the ground floor. The building is constructed of grey brick with red brick dressings and has an old plain-tile roof, although the chimney stacks are not visible. It is three stories tall and has a two-window range. The shop front includes a glazed door on the right. The first floor has wooden cross-windows with cambered brick heads, while the second floor features two-light wooden casements, also with cambered brick heads. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
