Description
Debonair is a house that has been converted into a shop and dwelling, likely built in the mid-18th century, with a 20th-century shop front. The building features a brick plinth beneath the shop front and a reused old-tile lean-to roof between the ground and first floors. The first floor is finished with lined render, probably on brick, while the roof is covered with old plain tiles. There is a brick lateral stack on the right side. The structure is two stories high and has a two-window range. The shop front includes a central sash door, with a plank door to the right and 15-pane shop windows on either side of the center. The first floor has two 12-pane unhorned sashes, each with painted wood architrave surrounds. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
