Description

Clarks is a house and shop dating from the mid to late 19th century. It features walls made of brickwork in Flemish bond and has brick dentil eaves. The roof is tiled and hipped over the bay. This building is a replacement of an earlier structure and has a symmetrical west front that is two storeys high. It includes one splayed bay above a double-fronted shop, which is adorned with a cornice, brackets, and arcaded lights. The building is included for its group value.
