Description

This is an early 19th-century house, originally comprising a shop and attached house. It has two storeys and three windows. The building is stuccoed, with long and short quoins and a wide eaves cornice. The original windows retain their glazing bars. The south end of the building is an extension, lower in elevation, with two windows and a doorway featuring pilasters, a flat hood, and a six-panel door. The premises were formerly an off-licence occupied by Findlaker Prentis until 1973.
