Description

Squire's Holt is a house that dates back to 1629, as indicated by the date on the rainwater head. It was originally part of a larger home shared with Tudor House on Lombard Street and was the residence of the Daintrey family. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring gables. The north side has three windows and two gables, while the west side has two windows and two gables. Although it was originally faced with stone, it has since been refaced with stucco. The roof is tiled, and the windows are all replacements, designed as casements. There is a string course above the ground floor, and the gables are topped with coping and ball caps, separated by a parapet.
