Description

Bow Cottage is an 18th-century shop, now a house, located on the south side of Bath Road in Woolhampton. The building is white-painted brick with a dentil eaves cornice above an old tile roof, which is hipped at the rear and gabled at the front, featuring a casement window. A ridge stack is present at the rear. The cottage is two storeys high with a garret. The first floor has glazing bar sash windows. On the ground floor is an exposed wooden box C18 bowed shopfront to the left and a panelled door with a bracketed hood to the right.
