Description
This building is a pair of houses, now functioning as a single residence, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It features grey headers with red brick quoins and dressings. The flat wooden eaves cornice has paired brackets and supports a slate roof that is hipped to the north. There are two stacks on the ridge to the south and a side stack on the north side. The building has three storeys with slightly irregular window placement: two windows on the east side and one on the north side. The corner between the east and west fronts is rounded, and the ground floor windows near the corner are set under a rendered continuous lintel with entablature moulding. The windows are glazed with bar sashes set in red brick dressed surrounds with gauged slightly segmental heads. Two windows on the first and second floors above and to the right of the door have been blocked. The east front features a wide architrave surround to a panelled door, which has a transom light above it.
